Russian Telegraph Agency was founded
7 September 1918
September 7, 1918 the All-Russian Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars adopted a "Resolution on the merging of the Petrograd Telegraph Agency and the Bureau of Printing under the All-Russian Central Executive Committee”. The new agency was called the Russian Telegraph Agency (ROSTA) under the All-Russian Central Executive Committee.

Adam Johann was the name given at birth to the man who glorified the Russian fleet for centuries, but under a different name. On November 19, 1770, the famous navigator Ivan Fedorovich Krusenstern was born. The collections of the Presidential Library contain a lot of materials dedicated to him - historical documents, studies, atlases, maps and much more.
