The problems and prospects of student self-government were discussed at the Presidential Library

On March 14, 2018, the annual conference of the St. Petersburg Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public Youth Movement "Association of Students and Students' Associations of Russia" (ASO of Russia) took place at the Presidential Library. The event was attended by about 200 students of the city's educational organizations, government officials, public figures and activists.

International initiatives: “InterActive History” project targeted at museums of Finland and Karelia underway

A joint Russian-Finnish project “InterActive History” was launched in October as part of Karelia Cross-Border Cooperation (CBC) Program. The project activities are targeted at 6 participating museums in Karelia and Finland. It is co-organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Karelia. The Creative Industries and Cultural Tourism Development Fund is the major partner of the project, which will run until 2020.

Ulyanovsk Region is an active participant in Biblionoch-2020

More than 180 libraries in Ulyanovsk Region took part in the annual All-Russian campaign “Biblionoch in Online Format”, which in 2020 was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The online program, presented on 280 thematic virtual platforms, was watched by about 150,000 people.
