Moscow has launched a chatbot featuring free tourist itineraries and quests around the city. It has been developed by «Mosgortur» agency jointly with the Moscow Department of Culture to mark the FIFA World Cup 2018 in Russia. However it will go on helping citizens and tourists after the tournament’s end. The chatbot will guide users along the central streets and spotlight the city's landmarks, museums and architecture.
