The Presidential Library is open to society
The Presidential Library is located in the historic center of St. Petersburg, not far from St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Admiralty and the Bronze Horseman and is actively developing as a tourist attraction. The building of the Holy Synod, where the library is located, is itself an architectural monument. Previously, the Russian State Historical Archive was located here, and the modern electronic library opened its doors to visitors in 2009.
