Cooperation between the Presidential Library and Republic of Khakassia: a new impetus for development
Cooperation documents between the Presidential Library and the Government of Republic of Khakassia as well as the grand opening of the regional center of the Presidential Library based on the Domozhakov National Library were signed on June 25, 2021 in Abakan. Cooperation documents were sealed with signatures by acting Director General of the Presidential Library Pavel Tereshchenko and acting Head of Republic of Khakassia, Chairman of the Government of Republic of Khakassia, Irina Voinova.

The European Football Championship, which was canceled in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, will start on June 11, 2021 and will last a full month. The best sports teams will delight spectators with high-class football in 11 European cities. Among them is St. Petersburg, the only Russian city that will host the matches of the 2020 UEFA European Football Championship (UEFA EURO 2020).

St. Petersburg will host the International Nevsky Forum on June 24-26, 2021. The main day of the event is June 25 which will be held at the Presidential Library. The official opening of the forum and a panel session will take place within its framework.
National Libraries held a Joint Academic Council ahead of the Year of Science and Technology
June 23, 2021 the Russian State Library, the National Library of Russia and the Presidential Library held a joint academic council where they discussed the development of library science. The decision to hold the joint council was made at the XXIV meeting of the Cooperation Council of National Libraries, held on December 21, 2020. The Joint Academic Council was held for the first time. Participation in the council meeting was carried out in a remote format.
