On the eve of the Defender of the Fatherland Day, traditionally celebrated in our country on February 23, the Presidential Library presents on the portal a new electronic collection "The Workers' and Peasants' Red Army (RKKA)". The selection includes decrees, military regulations, studies on the history of the creation of the Red Army, its participation in hostilities and other material.
