First All-Russian Forum of Tour Guides to open at Presidential Library

On October 21, 2025, at 11:00, the First All-Russian Forum of Tour Guides will begin at the Presidential Library.

The event will be held in St. Petersburg from October 21 to 23 and will bring together professionals from the Russian travel industry: guides, guide-interpreters, representatives of the museum community – researchers, tour guides, and methodologists.

The First All-Russian Forum of Tour Guides is organized by the St. Petersburg Tourism Development Committee and the City Tourist Information Bureau.

The main goal of the event is to improve the quality of excursion services and develop the tourism industry as a whole. Forum participants will receive tools for creating affordable, interesting, and attractive offers in the tourism industry, which will contribute to further growth in tourist traffic.

The first event of the forum will be a plenary session at the Presidential Library with the participation of leading experts in the tourism industry.

The business program for the second day includes a series of events: round tables, master classes, and open lectures. Travel industry professionals will discuss the creation of original tours, legal aspects, service promotion, marketing, and much more.

On the final day of the forum, a variety of excursion routes around St. Petersburg and its surroundings will be presented. Each route is designed not only to introduce participants to the rich cultural heritage of the region, but also to provide practical knowledge that they can apply in their professional activities.

You can participate in person in the plenary session of the forum by filling out an electronic form on the Presidential Library portal at the link  https://www.prlib.ru/htubcnhf_5456ldnfjjubgi. Registration is open until 12:00 p.m. on October 17, 2025.

The plenary session of the First All-Russian Forum of Tour Guides will be broadcast on the portal of the Presidential Library in the section  "Live Broadcasts"  in accordance with the live broadcast schedule of events, on the  Rutub-channel of the institution, as well as on the website экскурсфорум.рф.

The letter should contain the full name, date and place of birth, passport data (series, number, place of registration), a list of carry-on equipment, contact phone numbers, the name of the media.

We draw the attention of the media representatives that it is necessary to forward applications for accreditation and arrive at the event in advance.

Entrance to the Presidential Library is carried out only by prior registration and upon showing a passport: for media representatives - through entrance № 2, participants and guests of the event - through entrance № 1.
