The Presidential Library invites schoolchildren and students to participate in Russia in the Electronic World Interactive Olympiad
On September 21, 2020, the Presidential Library will launch the 11th annual Russia in the Electronic World Interactive Olympiad. High school and college students from Russia and abroad may register on the website of the interactive educational project and test their knowledge of the Russian language, history and social studies. Registration and tasks of the first stage will be available up to and including November 30, 2020.
The cinema club meeting of the Presidential Library to spotlight the wooden architecture of Leningrad Region
A regular cinema club meeting of the Presidential Library will be held on September 17, 2020, at 16:00. Its program includes screening and discussion of the film "Wooden Temples of Leningrad Region. History and Present Times", directed by Igor Smirnov. The film was created by the Saint-Petersburg Creative Association "Documentary Video" in 2018.

An online video lecture from the Knowledge of Russia series entitled "The Patriotic War of 1812 and foreign campaigns of the Russian army in the historical and cultural memory of the peoples of the Southern Urals" will be broadcasted on the Presidential Library’s portal on September 16, 2020, at 14:00 (Moscow time). The event was organized jointly with the Chelyabinsk Regional Universal Scientific Library.
