Vildan Mechislav Karlovich (born March 10, 1906, Mr. Orel) - civil engineer. During World War II, he lived and worked in Leningrad, as director of the design bureau of the Leninsky district. From 1943 to 1948 he was appointed manager of the Leningrad branch of Rosstromproekt, supervised the preparation of technical documentation for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of factories and enterprises of the building materials industry of the city of Leningrad. He was awarded the diploma of the Executive Committee of the Leningrad City Council of Workers' Deputies, the medal "For the Defense of Leningrad", the jubilee medal "Forty Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945." .
