Seminar-workshop for teachers in the Lermontov Penza Regional Library

April 5 the Lermontov Penza Regional Library hosts a workshop for teachers "Methodology for multimedia lessons of the Presidential Library". The event was held in the framework of cooperation with the Institute of Regional Development of the Penza region.

In the training center, teachers watched a video about the activities of the Presidential Library, aimed at supporting the education and upbringing of the younger generation.

Teachers of the Russian language and literature learned about the electronic content of the Presidential Library, as well as about skills on information search on the Presidential Library portal and in the electronic reading room of the Penza Regional Library, as well as methodological recommendations on the use of the Presidential Library resources during classes and after-hours activities.

During the practical lesson, the teachers got familiar with the collections that are necessary for them for professional work. In particular, much attention was paid to the collection "The Russian language". In the section "Multimedia lessons", teachers took note of the multimedia lesson in literature "The Fact and the Image of Russian History in the Works of Russian Writers".

During the educative process, the teachers independently found the book "Portraits of N. V. Gogol", published in 1909, but recognized as useful and now for use as a visual material in literature lessons.

Participants of the seminar were told about the Olympiad "Russia in the electronic world", which task was to promote humanitarian knowledge among the youth.
