Book exhibition «History of Russia between 20th – 21st centuries» opened in Yekaterinburg

The regional center of the Presidential Library operating in Belinsky Sverdlovsk Regional Scientific Library has opened a book exhibition “History of Russia between 20th – 21st centuries».

The exhibition’s focus is on the state holiday - the Day of Russia. It will run until 22 August - the National Flag Day. The exposition features around 100 books which unveil the history of Russia at the turn of centuries, comprises materials on Russian statehood, and statesmen of the 20th and 21st centuries.

Electronic versions of the books included in the exposition are available in the Presidential Library's holdings along with other materials united by this subject.

Sverdlovsk Region is in spotlight via the «Sverdlovsk Region: Pages of History» collection on the Presidential Library’s website. The presented statistical materials, studies, essays and photographs made between 19th and the beginning of 20th centuries unveil the geographical, demographic, socio-economic and socio-political aspects of the region’s history.
