More than three thousand Vietnamese schoolchildren to become participants in subject Olympiads organized by the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Hanoi

The Russian Center of Science and Culture in Hanoi has begun preparations for the Olympiad movement - 2019, during which screening tests are planned for the Russian language, mathematics, physics and computer science. For the third time in a row, Olympiads will be held at nine sites in the northern, central and southern parts of Vietnam and will attract more than three thousand schoolchildren to participate.

Natalia Shafinskaya, Director of the RCSC, held working meetings with the management and representatives of education and training departments of the cities of Hue, Da Nang, Tamky, Ho Chi Minh, Can Tho and Nyachang, told partners about the terms of the upcoming Olympiads, the conditions of their organization, and also passed test tasks for potential participants.

Technical Olympiads will be held on March 4, 6 and 8. Their winners will have the opportunity to continue their studies in Russian universities at the expense of the government quota of the Russian Federation allocated annually to Vietnam.

The Russian Language electronic collection is presented on the Presidential Library’s portal. It includes manuscripts and publications of monuments of Russian literature, archiving, research papers (including dissertations and thesis), dictionaries and reference books, and textbooks of various types and levels. The digital collection “Russian language” will be of interest not only to the academic and educational community and linguists, but also to a wide range of users who love and appreciate the Russian language.
