“Biblionoch-2019” held in Kurgan Region

April 19, 2019 the Yugov Kurgan Regional Universal Research Library has become a member of the All-Russian campaign "Biblionoch-2019", the official theme of which this year is "The whole world is theater".

The guests of the event “Literary Enterprise” plunged into the atmosphere of a unique theatrical performance, the world behind the scenes, learned about the different formats of acting and the mysteries of the scene.

Those interested could test their knowledge by answering questions from the online quiz “Theater Kurgan”. The participants also visited the virtual exhibition “Theater posters from the Presidential Library’s collections”.

On the website of the Presidential Library, the region is represented by Kurgan Region: Pages of History collection. It includes studies, statistical essays, archival documents, cartographic and photographic materials of the XIX - early XXI centuries, describing the administrative, socio-economic, geographical position of Kurgan and Shadrinsk counties, the territory of which is the basis of the modern Kurgan Region. The  Statute in force (Basic Law) of Kurgan Region is provided.
