The grand opening of the Presidential Library’s Resource Access Center held in Kolpashevo, Tomsk Region

On December 19, 2019 the Center of Access to Electronic Resources of the Presidential Library was inaugurated in the Central Library of the city of Kolpashevo, Tomsk Region.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the City Youth Center, library’s staff, teachers and pupils of city schools.

After the official part, future users filled out registration forms to work in the remote electronic reading room of the Presidential Library.

Now the "Library" organization of Kolpashevo has become one of the access points to the electronic repository of digital copies of the most important documents on the history, theory and practice of Russian statehood.
