Online tour of “The Way to Victory” exhibition held in Bucharest

Online tour of the exhibition dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the end of World War II took place at the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Bucharest. The exposition “The Way to Victory” includes posters, maps, paintings, historical documents, a series of posters “Romanian Army shoulder to shoulder with the victorious Red Army”. One of the organizers of the exhibition was the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

Everyone interested can also learn about the materials of the major electronic collection of the Presidential Library Memory of the Great Victory, which includes official documents, photo and newsreels, wartime newspapers, books, campaign propaganda editions, collections of articles, biographies, testimonies of participants in battle battles and home front workers, their personal documents and much more.

The Presidential Library’s portal provides only a part of unique digitized materials. One can get familiar with the national electronic storage fund in full in the remote electronic reading rooms of the Presidential Library located in different countries. Since 2015, one of them has been opened at the RCSC in Bucharest.
