The Russian House in Chisinau donated new literature to the lyceums of the city of Balti. This is a continuation of the cultural and educational action "Russian book as a gift".

The set of donated books includes educational, methodological and reference manuals, as well as publications of fiction from classics to works by contemporary writers, including authors writing for children and adolescents.

The books were handed over to the municipal Russian community of the city, where representatives of the administration of several educational institutions gathered together.

The head of the Russian House in Chisinau, Andrey Muravyov, emphasized the importance of the campaign for humanitarian support of young compatriots, strengthening the Russian educational space in multi-ethnic Moldova.

The electronic collections of the Presidential Library contain a special collection The Russian Language, which includes manuscripts and publications of monuments of Russian literature, archival affairs, scientific works (including dissertations and theses), dictionaries and reference books, teaching aids of various types and levels. It is provided in the information resources of the library in the remote access centers opened in different countries of the world. One of these centers has been opened since 2012 at the Russian House in Chisinau.
