The students found out how to use the resources of the Presidential Library at the educational workshop in Penza

As part of the information and educational campaign for students, specialists from the Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Lermontov Penza Regional Library held a training session on dealing with electronic library resources. The event took place at Penza State University. The participants were students of the Faculty of History and Philology.

Students learned about the basic and thematic collections on the Presidential Library's portal. The students were shown the selection Youth in Russia: the Past and the Present which presents the history of the relationship between the state and youth in Russia. 

At the event, special attention was paid to the Penza Electronic Library, the collection of which is constantly updated with publications about Penza Region. The library includes digitized materials from both pre-revolutionary and modern publications.

The Presidential Library's portal features the collection Penza Region: Pages of History. It includes archival documents, essays, studies, statistical and other materials covering various aspects of the development of the region in different historical periods.
