Penza schoolchildren learned about the works of Kir Bulychev

The Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Lermontov Penza Regional Library hosted events dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the domestic science fiction writer Kir Bulychev. The participants were pupils from lyceum №73 and school №76. The events took place as part of “Children’s Book Week”.

Employees of the Penza Regional Center of the Presidential Library invited the children to expand their knowledge about the history of space exploration on the library portal. Thus, the pupils learned about the collection of the Presidential Library Outer Space. It contains fragments of newsreels, books, commemorative medals, badges and other materials reflecting various milestones in the history of the development of astronautics.

The Presidential Library's portal features the collection Penza Region: Pages of History. It includes archival documents, essays, studies, statistical and other materials covering various aspects of the development of the region in different historical periods.
