Tomsk Regional Center of the Presidential Library held an intellectual game dedicated to the fairy tales of A. Pushkin

On June 4, 2024, the Regional Center of the Presidential Library, located at the Pushkin Tomsk Regional Universal Scientific Library, hosted a large-scale intellectual game titled "There, on Unknown Paths...". The event took place as part of the "Summer in Pushkin Library" project and was dedicated to the 225th birthday of the great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. Participants were elementary school students from Tomsk School No. 44.

Based on Alexander Pushkin's fairy tales, the intellectual game consisted of five rounds: "Warm-Up with Pushkin", "Fabulous Illustrations", "Fabulous Objects", "Fabulous Cartoons", and "One, Two, Three, Four, Five, We're Going to Find a Fairy Tale".

Students had to answer questions about the life and works of the great poet, solve puzzles and riddles, and find hidden characters or objects in pictures.During the calculation of the results, the team captains participated in a contest for the best knowledge of characters and objects from Alexander Pushkin's fairy tales.

According to the organizers, the event was a great success. The children not only participated in the contest for the best knowledge of fairy tales, but they also learned many interesting facts about Alexander Pushkin's life and works.

The electronic collection of materials from the Presidential Library, "A.S. Pushkin (1799-1837)", was used to create the intellectual game. This collection contains digital copies of books, articles, archive documents, abstracts of dissertations, videos, and other materials about Pushkin's life and works.
