Video lecture at Presidential Library focused on constitutional right of all individuals and citizens to education

On October 29, 2024 the Presidential Library hosted a lecture on the constitutional right of every person and citizen to education for everyone in Russia as part of the Knowledge of Russia video lecture series.

This lecture continued a series of lectures related to the theme of the Presidential Library's theme of Man, His Rights, and Freedoms Are the Highest Constitutional Value.

Dr. Vadim Vasilyevich Mamonov, a renowned expert in law and professor at the A. S. Pushkin Leningrad State University, delivered the video lecture.

During the event, participants explored the concept of education, define its constitutional nature, and the social and legal aspects of its function. They also discussed the structure of educational systems and policies, as well as the legal status of educators.
