Librarians of Bashkortostan discussed issues of using resources of Presidential Library

Ramilya Khasanova, the Head of the Regional Center of the Presidential Library operating on the basis of Akhmet-Zaki Validi National Library of the Republic of Bashkortostan, participated in a regional meeting on the future development of the library industry.

The meeting discussed ways to promote the resources of the Presidential Library and how they can be used in preparing various themed events. Representatives of the electronic reading rooms of the institution also discussed their participation in cultural and educational projects. Special attention was given to cooperation with educational institutions and involving students in working with library resources.

Specialists from Ufa, Salavat, Kumertau and the Miyakinsky, Meleuzovsky, and Kugarchinsky districts of Bashkortostan attended the event.

The meeting was organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Akhmet-Zaki Validi National Library of the Republic of Bashkortostan, and the Centralized Library System of the city of Salavat.

On the Presidential Library's portal, the collection Republic of Bashkortostan: Pages of History is available. This collection includes research, essays, archival documents, statistics, maps, and audio-visual materials that cover various aspects of the region's development from the 18th to the 21st century.
