
Mikhail Seslavinsky is now a reader of the Presidential Library

The head of Rospechat received an electronic library card during his visit to the first national electronic library of the country in the framework of the Northwest Media Forum taking place there.
Mikhail Seslavinsky, who is also chairman of the National Union of bibliophiles, with great interest learned about the resources and facilities of the Presidential Library. He paid serious attention to the collection of books and documents created in the framework of the theme year "Russian People", to the exhibition "Glorious Year of the People's War", to the history of the Synod, which, after the restoration, housed the Presidential Library in 2009.
Visiting the electronic reading room, the Head of Rospechat learned that the holdings of the Presidential Library have overcome the level of 200 million items, and it happened just during the Northwest Media Forum.
The Head of the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation not only was interested in the content of the library’s holdings and technical parameters, but also praised the Russian software products used by the Presidential Library.
