In addition, the Presidential Library regularly becomes the venue for exhibitions, round tables, conferences, seminars.

The Year of Russian Cinema, the Presidential Library will launch a project "Cinema and Space." It will include, in particular, a festival of short-films about scientific discoveries and achievements; the films of the period of "Space Odyssey" of the USSR will be given a new interpretation. In addition, the library’s website and the system of electronic reading rooms will feature the best domestic popular scientific and documentary films. The production of library’s own video content will triple to reach the level of one film per month.

Multimedia lessons for students will also continue. In 2016, they will be called "The ABC of a young voter" in honor of the single day of voting. The library expects about 10, 000 people to join the lessons (in 2015 they were attended by about 7, 000 people).

It is also planned to hold open days for junior schoolchildren, teaching them the culture of working in the Internet, creating the "Personnel reserve of the Presidential Library."
