S. Lansky owned the estate "Lanskaya Manor", whose vast lands stretched to the south of the Lanskoy road (Lanskoye Highway) and covered the territory from the Bolshoi Sampsonievsky Prospekt to the embankment of the Black River in St. Petersburg. The building did not survive .
