The case contains the master plan of part of the city of Kiev, with the indication of the place intended for the construction of the House of the Noble Assembly, the project of its facades and floors. In 1851, a three-storey stone building was built in the style of late classicism, designed by A. V. Beretti. In 1976 the building of the Kiev noble assembly was destroyed with the purpose of building the House of Trade Unions (1978) .
