A copy of the evacuation certificate issued by the district evacuation commission under the Executive Committee of the Kuybyshevsky District Soviet of Leningrad, with two boarding passes for the train. In the certificate: date (December 194 [1] - crossed out, 16 / II 1942), number, surname of the bearer, family members. In ticket number 1: the number of people in ticket number 2 - departure date, train station, train number, wagon number, departure time and number of people. On the certificate and the coupon the handwritten signature of the Chairman of the evacuation commission. Seals, stamps. Handwritten litters are made in ink. The certificate was issued in the name of Petrov GI (1911), evacuated from the city of Leningrad on 16 / II 1942 (without family members).
