Memorial "Lembolovo Stronghold" erected in 1967 by workers Vasileostrovsky district of Leningrad on the site of the line, where in September 1941 parts of the 23rd Army stopped the Finnish offensive. The vertical stela depicts bas-reliefs of the mother and child, on two pylons - the dates of Leningrad's defense "1941-44" and the bas-relief "Fragment of the Battle." Architects AI Gutov, Yu. M. Tsarikovsky; sculptor BA Svinin; engineer NI Sedov. The memorial is included in the complex of memorial structures "Green Belt of Glory".
