World history and culture: Unique items from the museum “Prussia” to be presented in Kaliningrad

Nine unique items of archaeology from the collection of the world-famous Museum "Prussia" of the Royal Castle in Konigsberg will be presented in the regional History and Art Museum of Kaliningrad, artifacts are donated to the museum as a gift one of Moscow collectors.

Dostoevsky's White Nights translated into Swahili

The Russian House in Dar es Salaam translated into Swahili, one of the most significant languages of the African continent, and published the novel White Nights on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Fyodor Dostoevsky. The first print run was 500 copies. Presentations are planned at the Tanzania National Central Library, the Swahili Development Council and the Swahili Institute of the University of Dar es Salaam.
