Belinsky Sverdlovsk Regional Universal Scientific Library held an educational session for students of the preparatory faculty for foreign citizens of the Ural State University of Economics. It was dedicated to the Day of Russia. The event was held as part of the Russian Meetings project.

In 2022, the Time of Diaghilev project was launched in Sverdlovsk Region, marking the 150th anniversary of Sergei Pavlovich Diaghilev. The project is the result of the creative cooperation between the Gymnasium № 8 “Diaghilev Lyceum”, Innovative Cultural Centre, Ballet Troup “TanzTheatre” and the “Antonov” Gallery. The goal of the project is to introduce children and adults to the biography of the great entrepreneur.
