On November 23rd 2011 representatives of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library launched a videoconference with participants of the forum of young teachers of Russian language, graduates and students involved in Russian language and literature studies “Russian language promotion as a basis for furthering integration processes in CIS member-states”. The forum is running in Minsk, Belarus.

On March 28, 2019 the Presidential Library in Petersburg hosted seminar of the Convention and Exhibition Bureau of the Committee for the Development of Tourism in St. Petersburg “Information Technologies in Congress and Exhibition Activities”. The regional center of the Presidential Library, operating on the basis of the M. Y. Lermontov Penza Regional Library, hosted an excursion for pupils of the Penza boarding school for deaf and hard-of-hearing children. In the new academic year, the Presidential Library’s reserve center in Moscow reopened its doors to students of capital schools. In the unique interiors of the historical building, pupils from schools № 1520 named after the Kaptsovs and № 283 were introduced to the activities of one of the largest information and educational centers in the country, and were also told about its capabilities for organizing the modern educational process.
