On October 22, 2025, the Presidential Library hosted the All-Russian Scientific Conference "1945 – The Year of the Great Victory: Marking the 80th Anniversary of the End of World War II."

On October 23–24, 2025, Moscow will host the All-Russian Forum of History and Social Studies Teachers. A delegation from the Presidential Library, led by Director General Yuri Nosov, takes part in the event.

On October 24, 2025, the Presidential Library hosted the 5th anniversary Forum of Working Youth of St. Petersburg, organized by the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution "Center for Support of Youth Initiatives VECTOR" in conjunction with the Council of Working Youth of St. Petersburg, with the assistance of the Committee on Youth Policy and Interaction with Public Organizations

Указом Президиума Верховного Совета СССР от 13 сентября 1943 года участникам подпольной комсомольской антифашистской организации, действовавшей в годы Великой Отечественной войны в городе Краснодоне: Ульяне Громовой, Ивану Земнухову, Олегу Кошевому, Сергею Тюленину и Любови Шевцовой – посмертно было присвоено почётное звание Героя Советского Союза.

Цифровая коллекция по истории г. Охотска включает официальные и архивные документы, отчёты экспедиций, научные сборники, отдельные статьи и картографические материалы в основном XVIII – начала XX века. Представлены документы из ФГУП «ГлавНИВЦ» Управления делами Президента, Института истории, археологии и этнографии народов Дальнего Востока Дальневосточного отделения Российской академии наук, фондов Российского государственного исторического архива и Государственного архива Российской Федерации.

Свердловский региональный центр Президентской библиотеки, действующий на базе Свердловской областной универсальной научной библиотеки им. В. Г. Белинского, в преддверии праздника 4 ноября подготовил книжную выставку «День народного единства».

From 29 to 31 October 2025, the Presidential Library will participate in the 13th International Scientific and Practical Conference "The World of Weapons: History, Heroes, Collection," which will be held at the Tula State Museum of Weapons. The conference is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945.

The collection consists of official documents, studies, essays, surveys, periodical publications, archival, statistic, visual, cartographic and other materials, which spotlight geographical characteristics, certain aspects of socio-economic, socio-political and cultural development of Omsk Region from the 18th century to the early 21st century.

On 29 October 2025, the Presidential Library portal's TV Channel section broadcast an online webinar entitled 'I wanted to leave behind a peaceful, well-ordered and happy kingdom...': The domestic policy of Emperor Nicholas I.

On 6 November 2025, the Presidential Library took part in a district meeting entitled "Historical Education in the General Education System".

On 11 November 2025 at 10:00, a solemn ceremony will be held at the Presidential Library (Senate Square, 3) to present state, departmental and industry awards to employees of the St. Petersburg Metro who have made a significant contribution to the development of the enterprise.

On 7 November 2025, the Presidential Library hosted a round table discussion entitled "A Century of Achievements by the All-Russian Society of the Blind: The St. Petersburg Dimension" as part of the "Knowledge of Russia" video lecture series, dedicated to the organisation's centenary.

On 7 November 2025, an exhibition entitled "Heroes of the Fatherland in the Historical Paintings of V. V. Matorin" opened at the Reserve Centre of the Presidential Library in Moscow (4 Slavyanskaya Square, Building 1). The event was timed to coincide with two Russian public holidays: National Unity Day on 4 November and Heroes of the Fatherland Day on 9 December.
