The centenary of signing of the most important document in the history of Russian metrology - the Decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR "On Introduction of the International Decimal Metric System of Measures and Weights" is celebrated in September 2018. Specialists of the All-Russian D. I. Mendeleyev Scientific Research Institute for Metrology made a working visit to the Presidential Library.

The St. Petersburg State University of Economics, the Mendeleev All-Russian Research Institute of Metrology, the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory and the Nevskoye Design Bureau have become partners of the Presidential Library.
