On February 10, 2025, the Presidential Library of the Administrtaive Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation took part in the plenary session of the roundtable discussion Sovereignty as the Basis of State Building. The event was hosted by the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences and dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the Year of the Defender of the Homeland.

The event took place on the day the Road of Life ice track began operating, marking the year of the 80th anniversary of the breaking of the siege of Leningrad and on the eve of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the Nazi siege, which will be celebrated on January 27, 2024.
