These include meetings with heroes of the Great Patriotic War, stories about Soviet weapons that helped our army achieve victory, little-known facts about the life of famous naval commander Fyodor Ushakov, and spelling rules.

185 years ago, on September 11, 1834, the long-expected event happened on Palace Square in St. Petersburg. After several years of meticulous work, the Alexander Column was opened and became one of the symbols of the Northern capital. 236 years ago, on August 18, 1782, at the Senate Square of St. Petersburg, Catherine II solemnly unveiled a monument to her idol Peter I. It is known that she treated the first Russian emperor with great piety and even said that she was only trying to finish the unfinished "chrome", in other words, the Russian Empire. Later, with the light hand of Alexander Pushkin, the majestic monument was named the Bronze Horseman and became one of the symbols of the city on the Neva.

In order to restore historical symbols of the Russian state, and taking into account that the State Emblem of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic had lost its symbolic significance, on November 30, 1993, President of the Russian Federation Boris Yeltsin signed Decree No. 2050, "On the State Emblem of the Russian Federation," which approved the use of the image of a double-headed eagle as the official emblem of Russia.
