On October 17, 2018 the Federal State Archives Exhibition Hall (St. Petersburg) is launching the historical and documentary exhibition “An Arduous Journey to Freedom”. Emperor Alexander II and his Epoch. Marking 200th Anniversary of His Birth”, which has been organized by the Federal Archival Agency and the Russian State Historical Archive.
