A regular meeting of the Cinema Club will be held in the Presidential Library on September 25, 2019 at 3 p.m. The film The Song of Tbilisi will be shown and discussed as part of the event. Lev Sidorovsky, a well-known journalist, laureate of international and All-Union competitions, Honored Cultural Worker of Russia, whose name was given to one of the minor planets of the Solar System, and his wife Tatyana, authors of the film, will present it.

History and Culture: Museums of Russia and Belarus teamed up to launch “Melody of Victory” project dedicated to famous wartime songs

The Russian National Museum of Music and the National Historical Museum of Belarus have teamed up to launch “Melody of Victory” - a unique project, which is dedicated to famous wartime songs. Apart from historical items, photographs and documents it will feature wartime songs, which will be played at museum stands and complement other materials. The exhibition will be timed to coincide with the 75th anniversary of Victory.
