Tatyana Kruger (1899-1963) - Library Scientist. She graduated from the gymnasium in Simbirsk (1917). In the years 1923-1926. studied at the Leningrad Communist-Political Institute of Education. N. K. Krupskaya. After graduation she worked as a teacher of the evening department of the institute. During the Great Patriotic War she worked as the head of the methodical room of the Central City Library named after I. VV Mayakovsky, was the director of the branch of the State Fund of Literature. After the war, she returned to the Leningrad State Library Institute. NK Krupskaya, where she held the post of head of the department of library science (1945-1948 and 1956-1957), in 1956-1958. was the dean of the library faculty
