Acquaintance with the portal "The Presidential Library for Children" available in the Crimean Regional Center of the Presidential Library

August 5, 2021 the Crimean Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Franco Crimean Republican Universal Scientific Library provided a virtual walk along the children's page of the Presidential Library. Pupils of the "Iskatel" children's club of the City Youth and Youth Center of Simferopol attended the event.

The library specialists introduced the guests to the capabilities of the Presidential Library, its electronic content, the portal interface and information resources.

Young readers made a fascinating journey through the page of the portal The Children's Website of the President of Russia Tells About the Presidential Library, becoming participants in the interactive game "School of Presidents". Children with great interest and pleasure tested their knowledge using the questions of the electronic quiz "Will I be able to become the President in the future?" During an interactive journey through the portal, the children learned about unique historical handwritten materials, previously inaccessible to a wide range of readers, and current school educational projects of the Presidential Library.

The virtual walk through the portal ended with a sightseeing tour of the halls of the main library of the Republic of Crimea.
