The Presidential Library's resources about the parliamentarism formation presented by the Sakhalin Regional Universal Scientific Library

On September 9, 2021, the Sakhalin Regional Universal Scientific Library presented an electronic exhibition "The State Duma: Milestones in History". It is timed to coincide with the elections of deputies of the new convocation of the State Duma (September 19, 2021).

The first part of the exposition is a brief history of the State Duma's development from the deliberative to the legislative body of the country. The second part features old archival documents, books and current publications on a proposed topic from the Presidential Library's electronic collections and the Lan electronic library system.

It includes the major constituent documents, archival materials, publications, research, verbatim records of meetings, activity reviews and illustrations.
