"Unique A I. Marinesko" - at the Presidential Library cinema club

The Presidential Library hosted a regular meeting of the cinema club, timed to the 105th anniversary of the birth and the 55th anniversary of the death of the commander of the legendary S-13 submarine Alexander Ivanovich Marinesko. There were presented two films: the film "Unique A. I. Marinesko" by Alexander Sorokin and the film about the Museum of the Russian Submarine Forces.

The exhibition “The English style of the Empress. Tsarskoye Selo of Catherine the Great". The exposition, dedicated to the 290th anniversary of the birth of Catherine II, is housed in Zubovsky wing of the Catherine Palace. Among the rarest exhibits are authentic English prints from the Tsarskoye Selo collection and objects from the famous Green Frog Service from the State Hermitage Museum collection.

The film “Unique A. I. Marinesko" to be watched and discussed at the Presidential Library

January 29, 2018 at 16:00 in the Presidential Library will be held a regular meeting of the cinema club, timed to the 105th anniversary of the birth and the 55th anniversary of the death of the commander of the legendary submarine S-13 Alexander Ivanovich Marinesko. The program includes showing and discussion of the film "Unique A. I. Marinesko". A full-length documentary tape will be presented by the author, director Alexander Sorokin.

The film The Song of Tbilisi was discussed at the regular meeting of the Cinema Club in the Presidential Library. Lev Sidorovsky, a well-known journalist, laureate of international and All-Union competitions, Honored Cultural Worker of Russia, whose name was given to one of the minor planets of the Solar System, presented it. A screenwriter, cameraman, and director of the film Lev Sidorovsky accompanied it with interesting commentaries.
