The Regional Center of the Presidential Library in Khakassia based on the N. G. Domozhakov National Library organized the republican historical quiz “February! Stalingrad! Victory!". The event marked the 80th anniversary of the defeat of the Nazi troops by the Soviet troops in the Battle of Stalingrad. The initiative to hold the quiz was supported by the municipal libraries of the republic and the Regional Centers of the Presidential Library in different regions of the country.

The regional center of the Presidential Library based on the National Library of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area, became the platform for the international event “Test on the History of the Great Patriotic War”. The event was timed to coincide with the Day of the Unknown Soldier, a memorable date celebrated annually in Russia on December 3. The participants were senior pupils from Salekhard schools.

Live Pages mobile application for interactive reading, which is developed by Samsung Electronics and Rossiysky Uchebnik (Russian Textbook) Corporation, now features a new Lesson at School section. Specialists of the Lemontov Penza Regional Library organized a military and historical quest "The Battle that Changed History" for senior pupils of Penza schools № 18, 36, 56 and city gymnasium № 53.
