The Olympiad Russia in the Electronic World will be held by the Presidential Library and the National Research University Higher School of Economics from September 23, 2024 to March 20, 2025. It will be divided into three separate subjects: history, social studies, and the Russian language. Presidential Library invite students from grades 10 and 11, as well as those studying in secondary vocational schools in the field of arts, to participate.

On 23 April 2025 the international teleconference "Monuments of the Great Victory" organised by the State Library of Yugra took place. The event was designed to unite representatives of different regions of Russia and Kazakhstan and discuss the preservation of historical memory of the events of the Great Patriotic War through the study of monuments.

Before the New Year holidays, specialists from the Regional Center of the Presidential Library, based at the Lermontov Penza Regional Library, organized a series of interesting educational events for schoolchildren. Participants included students from schools No. 36, 64, and 68, as well as Lyceum No. 52.

94 participants from 27 countries of the world reached the finals of the Olympiad for foreign schoolchildren and students, which will be held on March 29–31, 2023. It involves Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Iran, Syria, Mongolia, Slovakia, Italy, Azerbaijan, China, Tajikistan, Spain, Egypt, Brazil, Serbia, Bulgaria and others.

More than 80 school students from St. Petersburg and Murmansk will take part in the event. Prior to entering the final stage of the championship, students competed among themselves at school and regional levels.
