On March 6th, 2025, experts from the Regional Center of the Presidential Library, based on the Belinsky Sverdlovsk Regional Universal Scientific Library, hosted the first event for international students from Asia and Africa as part of the Meetings in Russian project.

On December 13, 2024, experts from the Regional Center of the Presidential Library, based at the Lermontov Penza Regional Library, hosted an intellectual tournament called The Land of Dreamers, the Land of Heroes. The event took place as part of the Pushkin Card program.

On December 12th, 2024, the Regional Center of the Presidential Library, based on the Murmansk State Regional Universal Scientific Library, hosted an educational event titled The Constitution of Russia: Understanding and Studying. The event was timed to coincide with Constitution Day in the Russian Federation.

The Russian Cultural Center in Beijing hosted the final of the "Golden Key" All-China Russian Language Competition, which brought together young people from across the Celestial Empire.

On February 19, 2025, at 16:00 Moscow time, the Presidential Library will host a lecture on how the work of Soviet intelligence and counterintelligence in Russian cinema and literature is presented. On February 13th, 2025, experts from the Regional Centre of the Presidential Library, based at the Lermontov Penza Regional Library, hosted a webinar for library staff from the region – Methodical Exercises.

The International Conference Russian-Turkish Relations during the Second World War was held in Ankara, organized by the Russian House in cooperation with Haji Bayram Veli University. The event brought together leading historians and experts on this topic.

On 21 August 2025, an educational event dedicated to the history of the Russian flag was held at the Presidential Library. Employees of the Reserve Centre in Moscow and the library's branch in Tyumen joined the Presidential Library on Senate Square in St. Petersburg via video conference.

The Presidential Library portal offers video lessons on the history of World War II. This project is the result of cooperation between the Presidential Library and the Gorchakov Lyceum of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).

The Presidential Library participated in an exhibition that opened on 3 September 2025 at the Russia – My History Museum and Exhibition Centre. The exhibition was organised as part of the "Flame of Victory" project and timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the victory over militaristic Japan and the end of World War II.
